Shipping and Delivery

All of my products are shipped via Royal Mail within 3 days of your order. I use a standard postage service for orders under £30 and a ‘tracked’ service for orders above £30.

International orders will be sent via Royal Mail on a standard service. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and time of the year. I would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 15 working days and the rest of the world within 30 working days. Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by the country. The customer is responsible for paying ALL customs fees and duties. I have no control over these fees and if they will apply to your international package.

I take every care to ensure that your order is properly protected during transit but very occasionally damages may occur. Please contact me if this happens and I will be happy to replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to me within 7 days of delivery. I sadly cannot refund or replace products that have been used.

Returns Policy

I hope that you will love your products when they arrive but if anything isn’t right please contact me and I will be happy to help.

• You have 14 days to return an unwanted order
• If you change your mind OR the product you have received is not what you expected please contact me before returning the item
• If you are returning an order please be aware you will need to cover the cost of the return unless special arrangements have been made with me prior to you returning the item
